Attorney Peter D. Carratt - Managing Partner

Attorneys & Debt Counselors was formed in 2004 by Peter D. Carratt, Esquire.

Mr. Carratt was born and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida, and moved to Tampa in 1993. Mr. Carratt has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2003. He is also admitted to the Middle District of Florida federal District Court. Attorney Carratt also received an MBA in Management and Marketing in 1991. He completed his undergraduate studies at Mercer University and also received a master's in Business Administration from Mercer. He attended Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where he received his law degree.

Attorney Carratt has a general practice that focuses on bankruptcy but has and currently practices in the areas of personal injury, criminal law, real estate law, and general corporate law.
